Week 1 - $15,000 in pledges
Week 4 - $70,000 in pledges and approaching 100 families! (Up $40,000 from week 3 and an increase of 60 families…including our first $10,000 gift!)
Week 12 – $104,000 in gifts received! Furthermore, there remains over $20,000 in pledges to be collected. We have also received many corporate matching gifts that have yet to be tallied. Great job and thank you for your generosity!
January, 2008 - $165,000 in gifts received from over 245 families!
Our New Milestone
Due to your generosity and desire to honor Father Coz, two students will receive $4000 each for this academic year 2007-2008. Recipient names will be provided after the scholarship is rendered. Please consider making your first gift or renewing your gift commitment over the 2007-2008 fiscal year. Donations to the Father Coz Endowed Scholarship will not only contribute to the financial needs of these two students going forward, but will enable us to help additional students.
Our next milestone is $300,000 by the spring celebration event. Bear in mind that in just twelve short weeks over $100,000 dollars has been received. Each year we will set a new milestone as we continue to establish this scholarship as not only the fastest growing but with the largest group of alumni participants. With financial aid needed by the majority of our students, your gifts will continue to assist those who need our help. Caring support to students- this truly reflects the living spirit of Padre.
