You’ve honed your resume to a fine polish. Still, these tips may be helpful:
1. We’re pretty flexible when it comes to formats, fonts, number of pages, and the like. We value substance over form.
2. Be sure to include a brief statement of your objective. Include the type of position and Microsoft location you’re most interested in, or rank them in order of priority if there’s more than one.
3. Describe your experience. Include concrete details when possible: your responsibilities, roles, and achievements, academic or otherwise.
4. You can apply on-line by simply clicking on either Full Time or Internship. There you can learn more about our exciting opportunities and apply to the areas you are most interested in, whether that’s Software and Hardware Development, IT/Operations, Marketing – and the list goes on! If there isn’t a position that suits you right away, we’ll continue to look for openings for you based on your resume and where you expressed interest.
